1) How do I place an order?
Once you've selected our products, placing an order is easy.
Just click "Add to Cart" and your item is added to your Shopping Cart.
The Shipping Cart let you make multiple purchases of different items.
At this point, you either "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".
2) What type of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your order using your American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. We also accept check-money orders.
If you would like to send a check for the shipment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment can be made via phone as well. Orders are not shipped until payments clear. We do not store any credit card information on our server.
At the present time we are anable to accept payment using a credit card with a billing address outside of the United States or issued from a bank outside of United States.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your credit card provider has on file for the card you use) when completing your order.
Incorrect information may cause a processing delay.
3) How long will it take for creditors to approve my purchase?
Major credit cards should be authorized within 24 hours.
4) Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, we never send personal information such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable by anyone but us.
5) Will I be charged sales tax?
No sales tax will be added to your purchase.
6) What are my shipping options and charges?
We offer shipments through United States Postal Service (USPS) at this time.
Shpping charges are calculated based on the weight and demention of the package.
We can use Priority Mail Services:
Small Flat Rate Box 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8" - cost $5.20
Medium Flat Rate Box 13 5/8" x 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" or 11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" - cost $10.95
Large Flat Rate Box 12" x 12" x 5 1/2" or 23 11/16" x 11 3/4" x 3" - cost $14.95.
For small packages we may also use First Class Mail. It is fast and affordable service for envelopes and packages weighing up to 13 oz.
7) How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
No longer than 2-3 days sent using USPS Services (not couting holidays and weekends).
8) Will you ship to a different address than the one that appears on my credit card?
Yes, we can ship to an address of your choice. We do not ship to P.O. Box.
9) If I am purchasing a gift for someone else, will they know how much I paid?
No, only the billing address will receive and invoice with the price on it.
10) What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping?
If there are any issues with a shipment, contact us immediately:

11) Return Policy:
You may return any product for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the order.
We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
Please contact us before returning an item for authorization.
Information needed with each returned order:
-Full name of customer placing order and business name if necessary
-Reason for return
-Total amount to be refunded.
Please use USPS and provide us with tracking number for the return item.
